Determining the Property's Value

Determining a property's value begins with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) where the property is compared to similar properties which are currently on the market or have recently sold.

If you would like to see the results of a CMA on a property, please contact us. There is no charge for this service.

Of course, a CMA is not the single determining factor in setting a price for a property. Others factors include:

Penney moved to Montana in 2001 from the midwest and then to the Bitterroot Valley in 2002 where she immediately became involved in local issues. She has continued that involvement to this day being on the Ravalli County Park Board, President of the Ravalli County Planning Board, and a member of the Open Lands Board.

In 2012, Penney married a Bitterroot native.
